Pre cooked Chicken Recipe
This is the key to cooking meals at speed in any takeaway. Meat needs to be cooked properly and sometimes the fast cooking required would not allow the meat to be cooked through.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon Mix powder
1 teaspoon methi
1 teaspoon of garlic and ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon tomato puree
2 large chicken breast cubed
1/2 onion chopped
Method
Place a pan on medium heat and add the oil and chopped onion.
Once hot add the chicken cut to a finished size and fry until sealed.
Add the spices and enough hot water to cover the meat.

Place everything into a dish or tray and set aside ready for adding to a dish. In takeaways, large trays of chicken are cooked prior to opening for service, and the liquid is not drained off as this keeps the meat from drying out.
